Smokin A's BBQ serves up Tampa's finest cowboy sized helpings of juicy BBQ with hearty sides piled high, in a down home western atmosphere. At Smokin A's BBQ, every dish is served up using only the freshest, finest ingredients. We smoke only Grade "A" meats with perfectly seasoned oak, and add our secret rub recipe on the ribs. (WE'RE TOLD OUR RIBS ARE THE BEST ANYWHERE!) Our homemade sides will also keep you coming back for more. Come visit  Smokin A's Chuck Wagon Cook, Alex "The Kid". He likes to brand the toast with our custom made branding iron, for a truly western feel.

The cold weather kept a lot of you folks at home for the November show and we don't have any pics to share. Hope the Christmas spirit will bring you down for the December 27th show.
